Shop Orders
When you purchase a product from our shop, your items will be posted to the address provided. Most orders are dispatched within 2–4 days, with a maximum of 2–14 days. Postage charges may apply. If an item is out of stock, you will be notified as soon as possible.
Payment is handled by Sage Pay/Opayo, and their terms and conditions also apply.
Delivery
- UK deliveries: 2–7 days
- Worldwide deliveries: 10–20 days
Returns Policy
You may return any product within 7 days of receipt, provided it has not been used, opened, or damaged. We have the final say on the condition of returned items.
- Faulty items: If we determine the item to be faulty, a full refund will be issued, including any postage costs you paid to return it.
- Change of mind: If you are returning an item simply because you have changed your mind, and we confirm it is undamaged and returned within 7 days, we will refund the item cost only — postage fees will not be refunded.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
- We reserve the right to make the final decision on all returns.
- The complete returns process may take up to 21 days.
- Exchanges may take up to 14 days.
